How do you ensure food freshness during delivery?

We use temperature-controlled packaging for perishable items and specially seal all food products to maintain freshness as if you’d bought them locally from our Manchester shop.

Currently we process orders as guest checkouts, but you’ll receive real-time tracking information via email once your package is dispatched from our Manchester warehouse.

Where do you deliver?

We proudly deliver cat essentials worldwide! (Excluding some remote areas we’re still working to reach – mainly in Asia and certain islands).

What are my shipping options?

We offer two purr-fect delivery choices:

  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx – ideal for urgent needs like litter or dental care products
  2. Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS – perfect for stocking up on quarterly supplies
Why does delivery take 10-25 days if processing is quick?

Our Manchester team processes all orders within 1-2 days. The remaining time accounts for international transit and customs clearance – we include all customs fees upfront so there are no surprise charges!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You’ll receive real-time tracking information from dispatch to delivery, so you can monitor your cat essentials’ journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for unopened, unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless faulty.

How do I initiate a return?

  • Reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

How long do refunds take?
