Watch your cat’s weight and adjust food amounts accordingly. Dieting in cats should be carried out gradually. Re-evaluate your cat’s weight and body condition after several weeks. Obese cats should be referred to your veterinarian for a supervised weight loss program. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available. For your cat’s health, consult your veterinarian regularly.
