At Cat Mania Shop, we understand that sometimes even the most carefully chosen cat products might not be the purr-fect fit for your feline friend. That’s why we’ve created a returns policy that’s as fuss-free as our premium cat foods!

Our Returns Promise

We want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.

🐾 Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products (including Cat Cans & Pouches and Dry Cat Food) or used dental care items. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is as simple as opening a fresh can of cat food:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request. Use our handy template below to make it even easier!
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days (faster than a cat to dinner time!) with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our Manchester address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Return Request Template

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (which we’ll do as carefully as we formulate our cat products), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Here’s what to expect:

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Prefer another cat toy? We’re happy to help!

For exchanges, please follow the same return process above and specify in your email what you’d like instead. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping times apply).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (which we work as hard to prevent as cats work to knock things off tables), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas), please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
